At Cold Lava Studio, every product is thoughtfully selected, cleansed (where applicable), intention-set, and packed with care. Due to the personal, energetic, and customized nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy, except under the specific conditions mentioned below.
🚫 No Returns or Exchanges for Regret Purchases
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected
- Incorrect variation or product chosen
- Preference change after receiving the item
- Energy response or intuitive preference
- Personal/emotional reasons
Once delivered, the product cannot be returned or exchanged under these situations.
Bracelet Sizing
We include extra elastic/thread and spare beads to help you resize your bracelet if needed.
Therefore, size-based exchanges are not accepted.
Please verify your wrist size before placing the order.
📦 Damaged / Defective / Broken Product Replacement
Replacement is offered only if:
- The product arrives damaged or broken
- Damage occurred before delivery
- The customer completes verification as per policy
📹 Mandatory Verification — Unboxing Video
To qualify for a replacement, you must provide a proper unboxing video recorded:
- From the moment the sealed parcel is received
- In one single continuous shot (no cuts/edits/pauses/filters)
- Showing parcel condition, seal, shipping label & packaging clearly
Without a valid unboxing video, claims cannot be processed.
📮 IMPORTANT — Do Not Accept Damaged Parcels
If courier packaging looks:
Torn • Opened • Tampered • Wet • Punctured • Mishandled
👉 Do NOT accept the parcel.
Once accepted, courier damage claims cannot be raised and we will be unable to assist.
🚚 Return Process (For Approved Replacements Only)
If your claim is approved:
- The product must be returned in unused condition with all packaging, tags, crystals, beads, pouches, certificates & accessories.

📍 Shipping Costs for Approved Claims
If verified and approved, replacement shipping from our side will be covered by us.
Offer Selection Policy :-
If a customer selects the wrong offer, fails to apply an offer, or misses applying a valid discount code at checkout, the order will not be eligible for cancellation, refund, return, or price adjustment on this basis.
Once an order is successfully placed:
Offers cannot be applied retroactively
Discounts cannot be added or changed post-checkout
Refunds or cancellations will not be processed due to incorrect or missed offer application
Customers are advised to carefully review all offers and apply the correct discount before completing the purchase.
