Every crystal is processed with care — including cleansing (where applicable), energizing, and secure packaging — before it is dispatched to you.

🔹 Order Processing Time

  • All orders require 48 hours for processing and packing.

  • Since many products are intention-based, customized, or energy-cleansed, the processing time may vary depending on product type and availability.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • 📍 Metro Cities: 3–7 working days

  • 📍 Non-Metro Cities / Smaller Towns: 5–12 working days

  • 📍 Remote / Rural PIN Codes: Additional time may be required based on courier accessibility

Note: Delivery timelines (3–12 working days) exclude Sundays, public holidays, and unavoidable delays.

🔹 Delivery Timeframe

Delivery time is influenced by several external factors and may vary based on:

  • Courier service conditions

  • Local restrictions or regulations

  • Weather disruptions

  • Logistics or operational issues

  • Unforeseen circumstances

Cold Lava Studio is not liable for delays caused after the order has been handed over to the courier service.

🔹 Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (as applicable).

  • Kindly allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the courier system.

🔹 Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the parcel cannot be delivered due to:

  • No response

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Refusal to accept delivery

…the shipment may be returned to us.

If an order is returned due to customer-related reasons, two-way shipping charges will apply and must be paid before re-shipping.

🔹 Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

Cold Lava Studio is not responsible for delays arising from:

  • Weather disturbances

  • Transport strikes

  • High seasonal traffic

  • Courier routing limitations

  • Operational backlogs

  • Pandemic-related or regulatory restrictions

Once dispatched, the parcel is fully under the courier’s operational control.
