At Cold Lava Studio, every product is carefully selected, cleansed (where applicable), intention-set, and packed with utmost care. Due to the personal, energetic, and customized nature of our products, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy except under very specific conditions mentioned below.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges for Regret Purchases

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

·        Change of mind

·        Wrong size selected

·        Incorrect variation or product chosen

·        Preference change after receiving the item

·        Energy response or intuitive preference

·        Personal or emotional reasons

Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under these circumstance.

1.     Bracelet Sizing

 

·        We provide extra elastic/thread and spare beads with your bracelet so you may conveniently resize it if needed.

Therefore, size-based exchanges are not accepted.

We request you to select your size carefully before placing the order.

2.     📦 Damaged / Defective / Broken Product Replacement

 

We only offer replacement in the rare event that

·        The product arrives physically damaged or broken.

·        The damage occurred prior to receipt.

·        The customer follows the verification process below.

 

To be eligible for replacement, you MUST provide a full unboxing video recorded from the moment you receive the sealed parcel until the product is fully opened.

 

The unboxing video must:

Show the parcel in the condition you received it

Show the seal, shipping label & packaging clearly

Be recorded in one single continuous shot

Have no cuts, no edits, no pauses, no filters

 

Without a proper unboxing video, claims cannot be processed.

📮 IMPORTANT — Do Not Accept Damaged Parcels

If the outer courier packaging appears:

·        Torn

·        Opened

·        Tampered

·        Wet

·        Punctured

·        Mis-handled

👉 Please do NOT accept the parcel.

Once accepted, courier damage claims cannot be raised, and we will not be able to assist further.

 

🚚 Return Process for Approved Exchanges

 

If your claim is approved:

The damaged product must be returned in unused condition along with all packaging, tags, crystals, beads, pouches, certificates, and accessories.

Return shipping instructions will be provided through WhatsApp.

 

📍 Shipping Costs for Approved Claims

If a replacement is approved after verification, outbound shipping for the replacement will be taken care of by us.
