Chakra healing at Cold Lava Studio is an in-person, hands-on session — done physically at our Mulund studio, not remotely. Anil uses somatic touch intervention to work deeper and faster than what's possible from a distance. Think of it as a spiritual deep-clean: intense, direct, and able to shift your experience almost instantly.

The benefits are similar to what you'd get from Distance Healing, but because it's in-person and hands-on, the process goes deeper and works faster.

What to expect

Days 1–2: Cleansing and detox. Similar to Distance Healing, the first couple of days after your session are a cleansing phase — this is completely normal.

Day 3–4 onwards: Real shift. This is when people typically start noticing the change take hold.

Many people who complete an in-person session choose to follow it up with a 7-day Distance Healing program to extend and reinforce the results.
