1. Choose Your Intention: Select a crystal bracelet aligned with your intention, such as Amethyst for calmness, Rose Quartz for love, or Clear Quartz for clarity

2. Cleansing and Charging: Cleanse your bracelet by placing it under moonlight, sunlight, or using Cold Lava Energized Pink Himalayan Salt. Charge it by setting an intention, visualizing its energy, or using a Cold Lava Selenite Box / Selenite Charging Plate (Optional)
